Ingredients
  

  • 2 ¼ lbs radishes washed, trimmed, and sliced
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pkg Lipton french onion soup mix

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°. Toss radishes with ingredients.
  • Transfer to a glasses greased 15x10x1-in roasting dish.
  • Roast until crisp-tender, about 30 minutes, stirring once.
