Apples
- 7-8 large Tart apples Peeled, sliced, and cored
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ¾ c Sugar
Topping
- 2 c Sugar
- 2 Eggs large
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 2 c All-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- ¾ tsp Salt
- ⅔ c Melted butter
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Placed sliced apples into ungreased 13x9-inch booking dish
Combine ¾ cup sugar and ½ teaspoon cinnamon in a bowl and then sprinkle very apples.
Combine remaining ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, flour, sugar, eggs, baking powder, and salt in bowl; mix undtil mixture resembles course crumbs.
Sprinkle over apples and then por melted butter over topping
Bake fofr 45-55 minutes or until likely browned and apples are tender
