1 ½ lbs Chicken breast cut in slits 2 large chicken breasts 1 pkg Taco seasoning 1 White onion (medium) 1 Orange bell pepper 1 Yellow bell pepper 1 Red bell pepper 3 tbsp Olive oil
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
Place chicken, bell peppers, and onion in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet.
Stir in olive oil and Taco seasoning; gently toss to combine.
Place into oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked through and the vegetables are crisp-tender.
While the oven is still warm you can place your tortilla wraps in to warm them for 3-5minutes before serving.
