The best PBJ smoothie without the bread is a favorite for all. It is a healthy shake that has blueberries, peanut butter, banana, and more to help your body get the nutrients it needs without sacrificing flavor.

1 Banana 2 c Frozen blueberries 3 tbsp Creamy peanut butter Can substitute for Almond butter too. 1 ½-2 c Water Splash of Apple Juice Optional
Put the blueberries, banana, and peanut butter into your NutriBullet or Blender.
Add in the Apple Juice till it covers almost all of the fruit. (You can add more/ less depending on how thick you would like your smoothie to be)
