Grandma's Cucumber Salad

Cucumber salad is a refreshing and light side dish that's perfect for warm weather. Serve the cucumber salad as a refreshing side dish alongside grilled meats, sandwiches, or as a part of a summer picnic spread. It's best enjoyed chilled.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Large Cucumber
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Dried Dill
  • 1 c Sugar
  • ½ c White Vinegar
  • ½ c Water

Instructions
 

  • In a larger serving bowl, combine thinly sliced cucumbers, onions, and dill.
  • Add sugar, vinegar, and water. (You can add salt if needed)
  • Stir till the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2-hours before serving.

Notes

It will only last a few days after making so eat up and enjoy!
