O'Reilly Italian Meatballs

Easy oven-baked Italian meatballs that are tender and juicy that make for the perfect meal or appetizer. Made with ground beef, onion, Italian bread crumbs, and egg, these meatballs are seasoned to perfection!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Ground beef
  • ½ c Chopped onions
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ c Italian bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Beat egg and mix with ground beef, onions, bread crumbs, Salt, and Pepper well.
  • Form into small balls slightly smaller than golf balls
  • Bake meatballs for approximately 20- 25 minutes turning once while baking.

Notes

**Be sure to cook long enough to prevent being raw in the middle**
