Air Fryer Crescent Ham and Cheese Pockets

  • 2 - 8oz cans refrigerated crescent dough
  • 2 c finely diced ham
  • 1 ½ c shredded colby jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees. Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit the air fryer basket.
    Ingredients
  • On a lightly floured surface, unroll the crescent dough and press into an even rectangle. Cut each sheet of crescent dough into 4 equal rectangles.

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the ham and cheese. Place about ¼ cup of the mixture on each piece of crescent dough towards one end.

  • Fold the crescent dough over the mixture and press to seal the edges. Crimp with a fork.

  • Place the pockets into the air fryer basket, leaving space between for the crescent dough to puff. Brush with melted butter.

  • Cook in the air fryer for 7 to 9 minutes, flipping halfway or until golden.
