No Bake Berry Icebox Cake
This recipe is for a quick and easy dessert with no oven needed. Prepare it the night before or a few hours prior and you have an amazing dessert that sure to please everyone.

Instructions
Using the electric mixer beat the cream cheese and dry pudding mix in a large bowl.
Gradually add in the milk.
Gently stir in Cool Whip reserving ½ cup.
Spread a thin layer of Cool Whip in the bottom of a 9x13 pan
Layer the graham crackers across the bottom of the pan and breaking them as needed to fit.
Spread a layer of the pudding mix on top of the graham crackers and then add a layer of blueberries and sliced strawberries.
Repeat the last 2 steps (graham crackers, pudding, and then berries) for a total of 3 times total. This should reach the top of your pan.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until the graham crackers have softened completely.
Notes
When ready to serve you can top with melted white chocolate or crumbled graham crackers.
